In persistent country-wide lockdown due to COVID-19 pandemic, all educational institutions are adopting e-learning techniques for continuing the teaching-learning process and interaction between teachers and students. Innovative techniques of e-learning are emerging everyday in academics. For inclusion of such e-learning processes in our Institute as the best practice, our Hon’ble Director has envisaged an idea of organising a one week National Workshop-a Webinar on “Importance of e-Learning in COVID-19 Scenario & its Future Perspective” through digital platform on June 25-29,2020. The primary objective of this Webinar is to deliberate the concept of e-Learning and its features to the educational community, and the role of this e-Learning in the present teaching-learning process in the scenario of COVID-19. This Webinar also includes presenting an overview on possible extension of e-Learning facility as a useful technique of education to meet the future academic and industrial demands. We feel grateful to our Hon’ble Director for understanding the need of this workshop for the present teaching fraternity of our country, moreover to the faculty community of this Institute.
