research ideas. The conference will provide the scientific environment to
conceive the new research ideas and will forge new collaborations. The
conference will focus on the various emerging technologies in food processing
sector. Even under Covid-19 condition food sector was one among those which
were not completely closed down. Food being the perishable commodity, it is
imperative to maintain the quality of food and during the pandemic time extra
care need to be taken. The biggest challenge to the food technologist is to
ensure the availability of safe, wholesome and affordable food to the people.
Food being the basic requirement for humans to survive and it needs extra care
to maintain the wholesomeness. In this conference, food scientist all around
