International Conference on Emerging Technologies in Food Processing (ETFP -2022)

The conference will provide a platform to the food scientists, young professionals, academicians, engineers, industrial participants and budding students across globe to share their research ideas. The conference will provide the scientific environment to conceive the new research ideas and will forge new collaborations. The conference will focus on the various emerging technologies in food processing sector.  Food being the perishable commodity, it is imperative to maintain the quality of food. The biggest challenge to the food technologist is to ensure the availability of safe, wholesome and affordable food to the people. Food being the basic requirement for humans to survive, it needs extra care to maintain the wholesomeness. Owing to the nature of food, it poses a lot of difficulties in reaching every corner of the world in its natural form. Technological intervention in the sector of food processing is imperative to make food available in every corner of the world. Food processing techniques that make the food available for a more extended period need more advancement with aim to have maximum storage life and minimal effect on the wholesomeness of food. In this conference, food scientist all around the globe will share their knowledge about various processes and technologies to have safe food for humans.

Submission of Abstract

Authors are invited to submit the abstract on or before 15th March 2022 in MS Word Format (Times New Roman, 12 point, Spacing 1.5) not exceeding 300 words. The electronic version of the abstract should be sent to etfp.gkciet@gmail.com. At least one of the authors must register for the conference for oral or poster presentation. All the submitted abstracts will be published in the form of a souvenir and will be released on the conference day.


Submission of Full-length paper


The electronic version of the full length paper should be sent to etfp.gkciet@gmail.com before 23rd March 2022. The participants will have the option to publish their manuscript in the International Journal of Agricultural Sciences/Journal Plant Based Pharmaceutical or in the form of book chapter with ISBN. By submitting full length paper, the author(s) make(s) a commitment that the work is original and not published anywhere in any manner.

The paper should be formatted per as the guidelines of preferred journal. For the book chapter guidelines should be as per the following.

·    Minimum length: 4,000 words excluding cover page and references

·    Font: Times New Roman, 12 point, spacing: 1.5

·    Title page: Title, author(s), affiliation(s), contact details

·    The reference and citation style should be in APA format.
